RENTAL IS F&B BASED ONLY: The event rental is based on Food and Beverage minimum below only. No fees! Minimums depend on time of year, day of the week and length of time. The fee can be met with food, wine, beer, etc. consumed on-site, merchandise or bottles of wine to go.

Set-up, decorating and clean-up must be accomplished during the allotted rental time period.  Minimum of 2-hour rental for the entire tasting room area. Rental may not be available over holidays or summer weekends.

Please plan ahead to avoid last-minute changes. We may have limited flexibility for changes less than 2 weeks out from an event due to staffing schedules and logistical support.

A deposit of the rental fee above is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable if the event is canceled 30 days before it occurs. The deposit is applied toward your bill on the day of the event.

No outside wine, beer, cider or non-alcoholic drinks. No hard alcohol allowed.

Event rental is required for groups of 10 or more. 20% gratuity applied to final bill.

We can provide Leafware http://www.leafware.com biodegradable flatware and dishes upon request at $5/person.  If you desire other flatware and dishes, the caterer must provide and clean these items off location.

Private Oak Tree Experience

We also offer our exclusive Oak Tree Experience, a private 2-hour adventure for two people under the large Oregon oak tree at the top of the hill in the overlooking the vineyard, the Yamhill-Carlton AVA and the Coastal Mountains to the west. Includes a bottle of our Pinot noir reserve and a charcuterie board. Reserve via Tock.  Rates are above for larger groups or longer periods of time.  Photos below.  The Oak Tree location is not included in rental of the entire tasting room facility, but can be added separately if desired.
